- Consultation is done by Skype on a standardized basis which can be found in the “consultation” tab.
- After consultation, via email I send you a report summarizing the information gathered during the meeting. A special action plan will be also included so that we can get to work as soon as possible.
- Then, there are two options:
You exercise at home – and regularly get personalized movies with workouts that strikes your individual training goals, with a short description of the proper technique and explanation of the most important issues. So forget about the routine.
You work out in the gym – according to individual training plan, matched to your needs.
- Once a week we summarize your actions and effects, explain any questions and concerns. We discuss the training difficulty level and any problems which ocurre during you training sessions. Exactly as with the standard form of cooperation. Your feedback is very important to me. Preparing your training program I do my best to make it not only efficient for you, but first of all to combine excercises that give you pleasure.
