Individual approach is something you appreciate more than anything? Want to be 100% sure that your way of exercise is appropriate, and each workout is the right step towards the desired results? You need support and motivation?

The value that you receive from me deciding for personal training sessions is not something like the ready-made operational scheme. My predominant goal is to introduce you to the issues circulating around effective and safe training, as well as a proper diet. Thanks to that, after ending the cooperation with me, you will still be able to make proper training and dieting-related choices.

During the training sessions, we will carefully observe the condition of your organism and its responses to physical effort and changes made in the diet. By gradually monitoring your progress, I will introduce certain modifications in order to lead you to the required results quickly and effectively. You have my support every time and I am at your disposal in case of any doubts.

Training sessions will result in you getting fit, boosting your wellbeing, and obtaining new knowledge. You will understand how your body works, you will be aware of it, and you will also learn how to listen to your organism and cooperate with it. Therefore, you will be able to create your own diet and choose proper supplements.

Where do we meet?


Trainings may be organized in the fitness club chosen by you, after prior agreeing upon the details.
* Club card costs are covered by the client.


If you have no time to commute, you need to take care of a small child, or you simply do not want to train in a crowded gym, this form of exercising will be a perfect solution for you. All you need is a towel and a bottle of water. I will provide you with all the other tools.


Train with me outdoors. Wherever you are and whenever you want, providing your body with oxygen. We may use the infrastructure located nearby for our advantage, as well as fitness equipment provided by me. It is a great alternative to the everyday training routine.

I would also like to encourage pregnant women, females that would like to become fit after pregnancy, and elders to cooperate with me – I will adjust the training to your needs and make it both effective and safe.
